Experience

Constantine is a Director with the Tax & Outsourcing Services in Grant Thornton Greece and brings more than 15 years of experience. He is a tax lawyer, member of the International Fiscal Association and the Athens Bar. Apart from large corporations, his role in supporting start-ups covers tax and legal aspects of their business, such as corporate structuring, financing, inbound and outbound investment planning etc.

Sector experience

During the course of his career, Constantine has developed specific expertise in the financial, energy, technology, pharmaceutical & healthcare, food & beverage and construction sectors in providing tax and advisory services. He has also served as Special Counsel to the Secretary of Competitiveness and in legislative preparation committees, such as the Business Friendly Greece initiative.
