Fokion Tasoulas has worked for Titan Cement Company since 1989 and has held a number of technical,
managerial and executive positions, most recently as Group Engineering and Technology Executive Director (Feb 1 st 2012) and Group Executive Committee member (June 2016).
For the previous years he was holding the position of Regional Director for Egypt, Albania and Kosovo, having P/L responsibilities for those countries. Prior that position he was South East Europe Operations Director responsible for Bulgaria, Serbia and FYR of Macedonia for one and a half years.
He was served also the Group as Vice President, Cement and Aggregates Operations in Florida Business Unit of Titan America for three years. He was responsible for the cement and aggregates operations at the Pennsuco plant in Medley Florida and he had also technical oversight of the Roanoke cement plant in Roanoke, Virginia.
Between other managerial and executive positions he was, Assistant Divisional Director of the Cement Division at the Titan Cement Company headquarters in Athens and prior that, Plant Manager of the Thessaloniki cement plant (Greece).
He is Liaison Delegate of Titan Cement in World Business Council of Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and Principal Representative in Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA). He is also member of the technical board of European Cement Research Academy (ECRA).
Fokion Tasoulas earned his Master’s degree in Mining and Metallurgy, and Engineering from National Technical University of Athens in Greece.
